Master in Islamic Studies
- Producing a Master's in Islamic Studies who has expertise, mastery of interdisciplinary, multidisciplinary knowledge, and managerial abilities as an academic in the field of Islamic Studies based on Islamic teachings and ethics, knowledge, expertise;
- Producing a Master’s in Islamic Studies who can plan, implement, publish and manage innovative and tested research results in the field of Islamic Studies following the latest scientific developments based on Islamic teachings and ethics, science, Indonesian and expertise;
- Producing a Master’s in Islamic Studies who can develop both normative and theoretical Islamic Studies to analyse, solve problems, and provide religious services based on Islamic Studies knowledge with an interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary approach according to Islamic teachings and ethics, science, Indonesian and expertise.
The main profile of graduates of MIS is academics, researchers and Intermediate Religious (Islamic) Experts who can develop theories of Islamic Studies based on Islamic teachings and ethics, science and expertise and produce innovative and tested work through interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary approaches, along with publication in reputable journals..

(Certificate of Accreditation for Master of Islamic Studies 2024-2029)
September 4, 2019 The Master of Islamic Studies Program received an extension of accreditation based on the BAN-PT Decree Number 3394/SK/BAN-PT/Akred/M/IX/2019 with a rating of A, valid until September 4, 2024. (Decree on Accreditation of Masters in Islamic Studies 2019-2024)
March 14, 2014 The Master's Program received an extension of accreditation based on the decision of BAN-PT Number 079/SK/BAN-PT/Akred/M/III/2014 with a rating of A, valid until March 13, 2019. (Decree of Accreditation of Master of Islamic Studies 2014-2019).
The Master's Study Program is accredited A (score 4.7/Very Good) from the National Accreditation Board for Higher Education based on the Decree. No. 018/BAN-PT/Ak-VI/S2/XII/2008 dated December 19, 2008. The accreditation status of this Master's Program is valid until December 19, 2013. (Decree of Accreditation of Master of Islamic Studies 2008-2013).
Graduate Schools Research Library
Graduate School Library has an important role in supporting academic activities and research which is part of the UIN Syarif Library Center Hidayatullah Jakarta. This library serves as a resource information that serves the provision of reading materials, borrowing and returns, reference materials, as well as study and discussion space. Apart from being equipped with an automation system to make things easier search for collection information independently, this library It is also equipped with WiFi access for students inside access other digital information sources whether subscribed to Central and other deep-net databases national library master catalogue.


Prof. Dr. Suwito, MA Auditorium
The 100-seat auditorium of Prof. Dr Suwito, MA, is the heart of our dynamic academic life. This room has witnessed many important events, from the Thesis Examination that graduates masters, to the Doctoral Promotion Examination that marks the pinnacle of academic achievement. In addition, the auditorium is also often the venue for public lectures and seminars that present brilliant thoughts from experts, making it a space where knowledge and new ideas are exchanged and developed.
Theater Room
A theatre room with a capacity of 60 people is designed to support various academic and scientific activities. This space is specifically used for workshops, seminars, and conferences, both organised by study programmes and faculties. With adequate facilities, the theatre room is an important hub of activity in supporting knowledge exchange and academic development within the Graduate School.


Quiet Room
The Graduate School has a Men's Quiet Room and a Women's Quiet Room, which are quiet rooms for students. It is here, between the silent walls, that great ideas are born, theses and dissertations are meticulously knitted, and deep discussions crack the knots of knowledge. It is not just a writing space, but also a laboratory of thought, where graduate students find inspiration, focus, and collaboration in their challenging academic journey.
Lecturer Room
North and South Lecturer Rooms. More than just workspaces, both are designed as spaces for lecturers, where brilliant ideas are born and flourish. Every corner exudes comfort, from quiet meeting rooms to private rooms ideal for mentoring and writing. This conducive atmosphere was deliberately created to make lecturers feel at home, immersed in academic activities, and producing inspiring works.


Learning Garden
Learning Garden, a green oasis in the midst of a busy campus, is not just a place with shady trees and eye-pleasing flowers, but also a living space for interaction and exchange of ideas. The soothing gurgle of the fountain blends with the sounds of student discussions, creating a unique symphony that sparks inspiration. By the tranquil fishpond, fresh ideas emerge, and friendships are forged. The garden is the birthplace of critical thinking, innovative solutions, and fond memories that colour every student's academic journey.
