Taking into account the Decree of the Rector of UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta Number: 1614 of 2024 dated December 19, 2024 concerning the Academic Calendar of the Undergraduate Program, Master's Program, and Doctoral Program of UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta for the 2025/2026 Academic Year and in order to face the Even Semester Final Exam (UAS) of the 2025/2026 Academic Year, hereby conveys the following:

1. Lectures (including UTS and UAS): 02 March 2026 — 17 July 2026;
2. Filling Marks by Lecturers: 10 d. July 24, 2026;
3. PDDikti Reporting: July 27, 2026;
4. The day and hours of UAS implementation are the same as the days and hours of the related lectures;
5. The requirements to be able to take the UAS are:
1. The presence of lecturers in a course is at least 12 times;
2. Students meet the administrative requirements;
3. Student attendance in class is at least 75% of the lecturer's attendance; and
4. Students collect proposals/papers
6. UAS can be in the form of Written Exams and/or Papers/Proposals
7. Each paper to fulfill the course assignment as a UAS requirement is required to meet the following specifications:
1. Title of the paper;
2. Author's name, NIM, agency name, and e-mail address;
3. Abstract of 1 (one) paragraph or about 3 d. 5 sentences (contains summary and conclusion);
4. Keywords as many as 3 d. 5 words;
5. The text of the paper is written in Times New Roman font 11, complete with footnotes sized For Arabic writing, footnotes are written based on Turabian Style and Times New Arabic font size 11 space;
6. The thickness of the paper is between 6,000-7,000 words;
7. Bibliography (Majority of sources from the latest national and international scientific journals);
8. The papers/proposals that have been discussed in class are compiled into a book format measuring 16.5 cm x 24 cm (B5 paper). Two copies of the book are submitted to the Secretariat of the Graduate School and softcopies of the papers/proposals are sent to e-mail sps@apps.uinjkt.ac. id, no later than 15.00 WIB according to their respective lecture days. Papers that are not included in the book will not be assessed by lecturers;
9. Papers can be made in Indonesian, Arabic or English;
10. The papers that have been presented are revised according to the minimum journal standards of Sinta 3 with the format of a draft journal article after consultation with the course supervisor;
