Rector's Circular Letter No. 19 of 2025 concerning the Implementation of Lectures and the Implementation of Official Duties
Adjustments to the Implementation of Lectures and the Implementation of Official Duties within UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta are stipulated as follows:
- The implementation of lectures will be held online / valid on September 1-4, 2025.
- Online/online lectures are carried out according to the academic schedule and applicable agenda determined by the respective Study Programs and Faculties.
- Online/online lectures can use the Microsoft Teams platform (email account uinjkt.ac.id), Zoom Meeting, or other agreed applications.
- Lecturers must ensure the availability of adequate devices and internet connections so that official duties continue to run optimally.
- Academic administration services can be carried out through the online/online system or the official channels that have been provided.
- Students are required to attend online/online lectures with discipline and complete the assignments given.
- Students who participate in the action/rally are obliged to maintain order, comply with the provisions of the law, and uphold the demonstration code of ethics that reflects the identity of students as intelligent and dignified academic personnel.
- Lecturers can record attendance through the online attendance application according to the provisions and report the implementation of learning to the Study Program at the Faculty/Postgraduate by using the available academic administration services.
- Structural Officials or Lecturers with Additional Duties and Education Personnel continue to carry out official duties offline on campus in accordance with the provisions of applicable working hours.
- The leaders of the work unit to ensure that the implementation of online/online learning does not reduce the productivity and achievement of employee performance and organizational performance.
