SPs Theater Room UIN Jakarta, SPs NEWS: The Graduate School (SPs) of UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta held a lecturer meeting to prepare for odd semester lectures for the 2025/2026 academic year. The event, which took place in the Theater room on Tuesday, August 26, 2025, was attended by the leadership of SPs and more than 25 lecturers, marking a shared commitment to welcome the new semester.

The meeting was opened directly by the Director of SPs, Prof. Dr. Zulkifli, MA. In his remarks, he expressed his appreciation for the dedication of lecturers to SPs. "We apologize if there are shortcomings in the implementation of the even semester 2024/2025, and we are open to receiving suggestions from all lecturers," said Prof. Zulkifli, emphasizing the importance of collaboration and continuous evaluation. Berliau also hopes that lecturers will update the RPS to adapt to the changing times.

Deputy Director of SPs, Prof. Dr. Yusuf Rahman, MA, then explained the achievements during the even semester of 2024. He highlighted various academic activities, including the organization of national and international seminars, as well as the success of the publication of student and lecturer works. Prof. Yusuf also reminded the lecturers to immediately compile and schedule lectures with their respective lecturer teams.

The question and answer session was an important moment for lecturers to share their impressions and inputs. One of them is Prof. Dr. Euis Amalia, M.Ag, who gave a positive response to the individual study policy for concentration courses. "3 students from the concentration courses that we teach successfully published in the journal," he said, showing the success of the program that aims to improve the quality of publications.

Positive impressions also came from Prof. Dr. Media Zainul Bahri. According to him, the lecture system at the Graduate School is very good, when compared to the postgraduate program in the faculty. This comment reflects an acknowledgment of the academic and operational standards that have been implemented by SPs.

Prof. Dr. Arif Sumantri also gave his views on the importance of the role of SPs in society. He highlighted that the output of students of the Religion and Health study program is needed by the public, even many are used by government institutions, especially the Ministry of Health. This confirms the relevance and real contribution of SPs UIN Jakarta graduates.

The atmosphere of this interactive meeting shows the spirit of togetherness and commitment of all SPs lecturers to continue to innovate and improve the quality of education. Input and appreciation from lecturers are a valuable provision to welcome challenges and opportunities in the coming semester.

At the end of the event, the Director of SPs expressed his gratitude for the presence of the lecturers.
