SPs UIN Jakarta Releases the 141st Graduation, Director Emphasizes Unlimited Alumni Association
Auditorium of Prof. Dr. Suwito, MA SPs UIN Jakarta, SPs NEWS - The Graduate School (SPs) of UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta held the 141st Graduation Release event. This event took place on Thursday, September 3, 2026, at the Auditorium Room of Prof. Dr. Suwito, MA SPs UIN Jakarta.
The leadership of SPs UIN Jakarta was present in full to appreciate the success of the students. Among them were the Director of SPs Prof. Dr. Zulkifli, MA, Deputy Director Prof. Dr. Yusuf Rahman, MA, as well as the Heads and Secretaries of the Master's and Doctoral Study Programs in Islamic Studies. The presence of the Head of the Administration Subdivision, education staff, and prospective graduates.
Opening the event, Prof. Dr. Zulkifli, MA conveyed warm and deep congratulations to all prospective graduates. He gave high appreciation and called the graduates as great people who dared to take challenges and successfully completed their studies at SPs.

In his message, Prof. Zul emphasized that the academic relationship and sense of kinship between alumni and campus will never fade with time. Once a person becomes part of SPs, then until any time he remains a big family of SPs UIN Jakarta.
The Director of SPs also left a reflective message so that all graduates always maintain the good name of their alma mater wherever they are. He hopes that alumni are willing to spread good stories and experiences about SPs to the wider community, and are willing to convey input or criticism directly to SPs for the improvement of SPs in the future.

On the same occasion, Deputy Director of SPs Prof. Dr. Yusuf Rahman, MA explained the graduation profile of the participants in detail. In between his explanation, Prof. Yusuf also gave a special motivation injection for master's graduates so that they are not quickly satisfied and prepare to step into the doctoral study level.
At the release of the 141st graduation this time, SPs UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta released a total of 59 graduates. This figure includes 18 Master's level graduates and 41 Doctoral graduates who are ready to serve in the professional and academic realms.
A touching atmosphere colored the session to convey impressions and messages from alumni representatives. Umam Biladi Kusuma, who represented the Master's graduates, expressed his deep gratitude to the leadership, lecturers, and education staff who continue to accompany students from the beginning of college to graduation.

A similar expression was conveyed by Nunuk Hidayati on behalf of the graduates of the Doctoral program. He expressed his highest appreciation for the guidance and dedication of the entire SPs academic community, as well as affirming the commitment of alumni to dedicate the knowledge gained for the benefit of the wider community.
This precious moment is also a stage for appreciation for the best graduates. The title of the best graduate of the Master's program was won by Leti Latifah who completed her studies in four semesters through a thesis entitled "Determination of the Success of Sharia P2P Fintech Financing to the Capital Needs of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises". Meanwhile, the title of the best graduate of the Doctoral program was won by Nunuk Hidayati with a study period of six semesters through her dissertation research entitled "State, Islam, and Minority Groups: Dynamics of Recognition and Legal Protection of Believers in Indonesia".

The release of these graduates is the gateway to the peak celebration. The procession of the 141st graduation ceremony at the university level is scheduled to take place on Saturday, September 5, 2026, located at the Harun Nasution Auditorium of UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta.
The leadership and all staff of the Graduate School congratulated them on this achievement. Prayers and hopes flowed so that the knowledge that has been absorbed will bring blessings, and encourage the alumni to continue to serve for the advancement of religion, nation, and state. (Jay A)
